Hi, I'm Slava, a Growth Product Designer and Mentor.
With a background spanning accounting and tech, I design user experiences through the lens of what actually drives growth: activation, engagement, and retention. I also mentor designers who want to add commercial thinking to their craft.
How I work
I work closely with founders and teams to first understand the real problem, not just the surface-level one. From there, I bring in key collaborators early to co-design solutions together, because the best ideas rarely come from one person working in isolation.
What's changed my practice recently is combining Growth Design with Vibe coding. Using tools like Claude Code and Cursor, I can move from idea to working, testable product much faster. That means real user feedback sooner and better data to inform decisions.
